So by now, seven weeks have passed successfully and you have experienced various desirable and undesirable changes. You have now passed the stage where you used to get excited on thinking of pregnancy. But now situations are different. Now, you have become used to the fact that you are pregnant and you are now experiencing 8 weeks pregnant symptoms. Now, you are concentrating more on your baby. In this week of pregnancy, women generally find themselves exhausted and generally suffer from fatigue and weakness. Women feel too much exhausted in this stage and at times, also forget daily household chores like where they placed the keys or even sometimes forget to complete the task.
Various changes are also going on in the baby’s body as is expected. The embryo inside your body is at the end of the embryonic period. And now your baby is moving towards the fetal period. Even the embryonic tail is also getting disappeared with the time. Its size from the little bean is now growing and had reached about one inch and weighs about 3 grams. Bones are also getting hard. Various parts like wrists, elbows and other joints are coming into attention and are getting prepared.
Facial features are also getting added. Nose can be clearly seen. Ears are also marking their presence. They are also getting proper shape internally and externally. Teeth are also coming at their proper place. Besides this, mouth and jaw line can be clearly distinguished.
You are going to face a lot of weakness and fatigue in this week. So, you are required to take various steps to fight out this efficiently. You are required to reduce the load of work on yourself. Try to avoid difficult and tiring tasks and take up simple tasks. If possible try to make a list of the things that you have to do. Have a look upon all the pending tasks and cross all the tasks that are completed in order to avoid any sort of confusion. This will not only save your lot of time but also increase your efficiency without tiring much.
Taking rest is very important both for your baby and for you. When you will take rest, your baby will try to come in contact with your system.
Taking proper meals also plays an important role. You are advised to take all the medicines at time. In addition to these, proper nutritional supplements should also be taken. Just prepare yourself and your body for the fresh arrival!
